Dana Blankenhorn reports on the LF’s recently announced End User Summit to be held in New York this October.
“The target is businesses which are heavy users of Linux and open source in their enterprise computing systems. So no surprise its first keynote will be from Novell CEO Ron Hovsepian, with a Q&A moderated by Foundation executive director Jim Zemlin. Other features include a panel with key Linux maintainers, a panel of large users, and a presentation of the Linux Weather Forecast, designed to keep users up-to-date on coming changes to the kernel.”
